M7 Small Business Growth Program

Small Business Growth and Expansion Competition Announced

The Milwaukee 7, in partnership with the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center Network, SCORE, and our sponsors and supporters, is excited to announce the launch of the M7 Small Business Growth and Expansion Competition!

This contest will award 10 small- and medium-sized businesses in any industry the opportunity to grow and expand their existing business beyond their current market area. If your business has considered growing its product or service area outside of Wisconsin, coast-to-coast or even internationally, we have brought the experts from Southeast Wisconsin together to help to make your goals a reality.

Winners will receive 12 months of complimentary technical assistance provided by multiple local, state and federal resources starting in January 2017. Depending on each company’s current situation and medium-term goals, additional incentives, grants and programs may be available to the winning companies.

Southeast Wisconsin (Participating businesses located in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington or Waukesha counties).

Businesses in operation 2+ years, with fewer than 500 employees seeking assistance to expand their sales territory outside of Wisconsin, coast to coast or internationally.
